SJHS ensures our Travelers will be paid in the unlikely event of shift cancellations by the hospital. We want to be sure that our travelers are fully compensated while on assignment. SJHS main priority is to take care of our travelers!
Competitive Salaries:
SJHS negotiates top pay rates for our Travelers. Hourly rates vary depending on the facility, your specialty and the city.
Completion Bonuses:
Completion bonuses are offered at many assignments, as an additional income over and above the stated hourly salary. The completion bonuses are paid in the last paycheck of the assignment.
Referral Bonuses:
We want to see you traveling with your friends. As an added incentive we offer a Referral Bonus Plan that is unequaled. Referral Bonuses are paid to you, for paying us your highest compliment, referring other healthcare professionals to our organization.
Loyalty Bonuses:
In addition to all regular compensation we offer a very generous bonus to our SJHS Travelers. The Loyalty Bonuses reward long term travelers who complete all required contract hours on consecutive work assignments.
Licensure Reimbursement:
SJHS provides full reimbursement for your State Nurse Licensure for every travel assignment. Your SJHS representative will offer their assistance in helping you obtain your State Nurse Licensure.

Choose a higher rate without benefits, or select a standard hourly rate combined with your exceptional benefits, which includes health, dental and Life insurance. It's your choice! If you take time off, you may still be eligible for coverage.
